Saraki Denies Declaring For 2019 Presidency

Senate President Bukola Saraki has rejected reports that he was plotting to succeed President Muhammadu Buhari in 2019. 

Saraki had uncovered that he is currently considering about running for the situation of President in the 2019. 

In a meeting with Bloomberg, he said that he had been counseling and currently thinking about it. 

In an announcement on Thursday by Saraki's Special Assistant on New Media, Olu Onemola, he clarified that his main expressing that he was "considering" can't be translated to mean an assertion. 

Onemola stated: "Considering' isn't a revelation. At the suitable time, the President of Senate will be particular about his goal for 2019. 

"Besides, the Bloomberg meet was 90% on the economy, and not legislative issues. 

"The President of the Senate has been evident that at the opportune time, Nigerian's will recognize what his designs are."
