Petrol Tanker Explodes In Lagos, Many Feared Dead (Photo)

A 33,000 liter fuel tanker fell and detonated on Wednesday morning at Barracks Bus Stop, along Mile 2, on Badagry Expressway, Lagos, with many dreaded dead.

Compact News discovered that five vehicles kept running into the spilled substance out and about and lighted fire.

As indicated by onlookers, a portion of the drivers were fortunate to get away, as a few people were purportedly scorched to the point of being indistinguishable.

Musibau Rasaki, the Director of Lagos State Fire Service, said that his men had been doing combating to put off the fire from spreading to different zones.

"Two people were scorched to death, one other individual continued damage and was taken to the medical clinic. Five vehicles were additionally scorched, including the tanker," he told NAN.
