Benue State House Of Assembly Majority Leader Resigns

The suspended previous Majority Leader of the Benue State House of Assembly, Benjamin Adanyi has surrendered, Concise News reports.

This online news medium comprehends that Adanyi speaks to Makurdi South under the stage of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Adanyi surrendered on Tuesday through a letter dated April 10 and routed to the agent of the house.

As per him, the arrangement of Section 108 (2) of the Constitution implies he could never again proceed as an individual from the house following his affirmation by the Senate as illustrative of the North-Central in the North-East Development Commission.

He was suspended in 2018 for endeavoring to arraign Gov. Samuel Ortom close by seven different individuals from the Benue State Assembly.
