
Oladele in his appeal to the EFCC claimed that he gave an intensity of lawyer to Jimoh to sell his 35 plots of land, out of which he sold 20 plots to one Mr Michael Jolaiya.
Oladele further claimed that Barrister Jimoh in the wake of deducting his payments on the 20 plots would not transmit the cash acknowledged from the deals to him. The suspect amid cross examination in the Commission, conceded that the candidate gave him intensity of lawyer to sell the plots of land.
As indicated by him, "The land was given over to me by Alhaji Saka Oladele by means of intensity of lawyer dated 2004 to sell his 35 plots of land, arranged at Tanker Area, Ilorin, Kwara State, however there was no particular sum referenced in the intensity of lawyer as around then."
