Yahoo boy arrested with charms in Ilorin


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, Ilorin Zonal Office on May 28, 2019 charged two speculated Internet fraudsters at a Kwara State High Court sitting in Ilorin.

The suspects, Johnson Okuselu and Akande Saheed, were summoned on two separate charges before Justice Sikiru Oyinloye.

One of the charges peruses: "That you, Johnson Opeyemi Okuselu (a.k.a Blessed Savior) at some point in April 2019, or something like that at Ilorin, Kwara State inside the ward of this good court endeavored to submit an offense by professing to be one Blessed Savior, speaking to yourself to be a white Woman who is fit for giving occupation in the United States of America to one Omni Guzman as contained in your email discussion done through your Gmail account, as opposed to Section 95 and 321 of the Penal Code and culpable under Section 322 of a similar law."



The two of them argued "blameworthy" to the charges.

Advice for the EFCC, A.A. Adebayo, told the Court that the respondents had gone into a request deal concurrence with the Commission.

He, in this way, requested that the court give a date for the arraignment to call its star observer so as to survey the certainties of the case.

Equity Oyinloye, from that point, suspended the case to June 8, 2019 for checking on of actualities, and requested that the respondents be remanded in EFCC care.
