Court remands fake EFCC employment officer in prison

Equity J.K. Omotosho of the Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State has remanded one Bisong James Oyen, a phony business officer of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, in jail authority.

He argued not blameworthy to the charges when perused to him. In perspective on his request, Prosecution Counsel, Esin-Otu Ebipade asked the court to fix a date for the beginning of hearing. The respondent was not spoken to by any Counsel.

Equity Omotosho dismissed the issue to June 18, 2019 for hearing and requested that the litigant be remanded in jail authority.
