Nigerian man goes on rampage, destroys cars at Nigerian High Commission in London over passport delay

A Nigerian man today went on frenzy, decimating vehicles at the Nigerian High Commission's office in London, United Kingdom after authorities in the Commission allegedly neglected to follow up on his solicitation.

A video making the rounds via web-based networking media, demonstrates the Nigerian High Commissioner to the UK, George Oguntade, investigating the vandalized vehicles and asking how it occurred.

In the mean time, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa, Chairman/CEO, Nigerians In Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM) has portrayed the mentality of a 32-year old Nigerian, Jeffrey Apkovweta Ewohime who decimated a few properties of the Nigerian international safe haven in London as awful and condemnable.

In an announcement by her media helper, Abdur-Rahman Balogun, said that such a frame of mind was unpatriotic, and an unconscionable demonstration of indiscipline, Dabiri-Erewa said she got a report that Emohime went to the Nigeria Embasy in London on Monday, He had moved toward the Embassy to gather his visa which lapsed since Nov 2017 at around 2 p.m and was told accumulation of travel papers shuts down at 1pm.

He at that point demanded gathering his identification , and was advised to bring his accumulation slip which he couldn't deliver.

As indicated by reports from the Embassy, it would obviously not be right to hand over his visa to him , without his gathering slip,He from that point left fomented and came back from an adjacent lodging to demolish around seven cars,5 having a place with the mission, and 2 to guests who stopped close by.
