
Marching the suspects, the state Commissioner of Police, Shina Olukolu, said the person in question (names retained), was sent by her supervisor on May sixth at about 11:30 a.m. to store N1.4 million at a bank in Dugbe territory of the city.
"On her way, she was greeted by one of the suspects, Taiwo Salami, who spellbound her, and having lost her detects, she was taken to a deserted house at Inalende zone of the city, where the money was gathered from her, while the suspects additionally exacted a few wounds on her. On May eighth, the injured individual's relatives announced her vanishing at the divisional police central command at Mokola. She was later saved and taken to the emergency clinic for restorative consideration.
"The case was then moved to the State Criminal Investigation Department, and on June seventh, after a tip-off, the suspects were captured around Eleyele, and upon cross examination, they admitted to the wrongdoing," Olukolu said.
The police magistrate said the suspects would be charged to endless supply of examination concerning their wrongdoing.
