This movement by the administration is in response to the questionable music video by well known artist, Tekno which included scenes of four semi-bare ladies moving in a moving van on the Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge in Lagos.

The artist, in the four-minute video, was seen tossing cash suspected to be dollars at the young ladies in the transparent truck.

The legislature communicated dissatisfaction that regardless of continuous examinations concerning the peculiarity, Tekno proceeded to discharge the hostile video.

In the official music video for the tune, 'Agege,' which was discharged on Thursday, Tekno was found in the moving van performing to the camera with the half-clad ladies moving enchantingly.

An announcement on Sunday by the Director General, National Council for Arts and Culture, a parastatal of the Federal Ministry of Information and Culture, Segun Runsewe, said Tekno would be made a substitute "to show others a genuine exercise."
