Serena Williams loses her fourth grand-slam final in a row as 19-year-old Bianca Andreescu defeats her

Serena Williams has lost her fourth   grand slam final in succession since respecting her first youngster in September 2017.

The 37-year-old American was vanquished by 19-year-old Bianca Andreescu who staggered her to a 6-2, 7-5 triumph to catch the 2019 US Open title at the Arthur Ashe Stadium on Saturday night (Sept. 7).

Andreescu said at the post-coordinate honors service"

"It's so difficult to clarify in words, I'm simply past thankful and really honored. I've worked extremely hard for this minute. I can't gripe. This year has been a blessing from heaven and now having the option to play on this phase against Serena, a genuine legend of the game, is stunning."

Andreescu from Mississauga, Canada is presently the most youthful Grand Slam victor since Maria Sharapova at the 2006 US Open.
