Speech delivered by Comrade Olalere Benedict Adetunji, National President of the Committee for the National Youth and Students Enterprise Group ( NASEG), on the occasion of presenting the National Enterprise Award 2024 to Otunba Kazeem Odeyeyiwa the CEO KAZAB HERITAGE LTD , Lagos State, Nigeria.
On behalf of the National Executive Council of NASEG and the entire Entrepreneurship Students in Nigeria, we bring greetings to you and the entire management and staff of your Organization. It is with utmost acknowledgment and regard that our delegates are in your office today, symbolizing hope for the sector you represent and your Push for a better Society in Nigeria.
The National Youth and Students Enterprise ( Group NASEG), with over 3 million Entrepreneurship Students in Nigeria, has been committed to mentoring and training individuals and students in leadership. Our goal is to produce more Entrepreneurs , the best Business leaders of this generation, particularly within the African continent, towards sustainable Entrepreneurship Standards.
There are empirical facts of failed administrations, businesses, establishments and cultural developments in Africa due to a lack of understanding, experience, and the required skills to sustain all levels of life. Bridging the gap from natural ability to professionalism has been our main focus and goal.
Our visit today is to commend your significant efforts and contributions towards Entrepreneurship development and human capacity in Nigeria. We cannot overlook the fact that your organization has improved human resources over the years and has built successful human capacity in Nigeria. This deserves commendation.
