Falz Recounts Encounter With Death

Multi gifted performer Folarin Falana prevalently known as Falz has described his close demise experience which cost his driver his life, at a show.

The "This Is Nigeria" artiste uncovered while performing at the "Getting to be Falz The Bad Guy" appear, that this burglary episode occurred the first occasion when he was paid N1 million for a show.

He stated: "This was in November 2013, after I had quite recently gotten my initial 1M Naira check for an execution, we had flown out to Abuja for a wedding where we performed and that was the first occasion when I was being paid a sum that immense, at that point we needed to go to Benin for Industry Nite.

"There was no plane on ground, so me and my folks needed to complete an excursion the distance to Benin City.

On our way, we were sleeping at the back when we woke to an uproarious sound, clearly it was the sound of a projectile, there were three folks in front of us and they continued shooting at the auto.

One of the projectiles hit our driver right in the face and he kicked the bucket, yet his legs were on the quickening agent, so the auto continued moving yet it veered off the primary street and smashed straight into a dump, we as a whole imagined that was the end.

"It took us a few minutes to recover cognizance, as somebody was thumping on our entryway, as I figured out how to creep out of the auto thinking the individual came to help, the following thing we heard was, "The place is the cash?"

"We continued hearing discharges all over, yet we were later safeguarded and taken to the healing facility."
