Fayose Dares EFCC, Says He Won’t Run Away From Country

Senator Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state says he isn't apprehensive about the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC). 

The active CEO of the Fountain of Knowledge has pledged to stay in the nation after the lapse of his residency. 

"He isn't anxious about anything. What are they going to do to him. Is EFCC the courtroom?" the senator's media associate, Lere Olayinka is cited as saying. 

The EFCC had tweeted on Sunday that it would get at Fayose when he hands over power in October to answer inquiries on the $1.3 billion extortion affirmations. 

Fayose, a chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is charged to hand over capacity to Kayode Fayemi, who won Saturday's governorship survey in Ekiti. 

Fayemi, the quick past legislative head of the state, crushed Prof. Kolapo Olusola-Eleka, the occupant agent representative and hopeful of the PDP.
