Imo Assembly Clears New Deputy Governor

The Imo State House of Assembly on Monday selected the Head of Service, Callistus Ekenze as the new agent representative.

This took after the denunciation of Mr Eze Madumere, over claimed net unfortunate behavior.

Affirming the improvement to Punch, the dominant part pioneer, Lugard Osuji stated: "The House has gotten a selection letter from the representative for the substitution of the impugned delegate senator.

"The head of administration, Callistus Ekenze, was designated by the representative.

"His selection has been cleared by the House collectively. We are sitting tight for his swearing-in service."

He likewise denied the affirmation that the administrators got N5m each from the senator to reprimand his previous delegate, Eze Madumere.

"There was no budgetary or material affectation, to the best of my insight.

"We just did our established duty.

"It is an affront to state that administrators were offered N5m to arraign the previous agent senator," he said.
