APC Disqualifies Buhari’s Minister From Guber Race Over NYSC Scandal

The decision All Progressives Congress (APC) has precluded Nigeria's Minister of Communications Adebayo Shittu, from Oyo state governorship race over his inability to share in the one-year obligatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) plot.
