Nigerian comic Basketmouth has won the Savana Pan-African Comic of the Year grant, the second time in two years. 

Formally known as Bright Okopocha, the comic sacked the honor at the 2018 Savanna Comics' Choice Awards at The Lyric Theater, Gold Reef City in Johannesburg, South Africa. 

The Nigerian posted the news on his Instagram page where he expressed gratitude toward his fans for voting in favor of him. 

"Much obliged to you @comicschoice @savannacider for this… .I really value you all, and to every one of my peeps that voted in favor of me. You folks shake. #SavannaCCA #Back2Back," he composed.

Basketmouth was assigned close by Carl Joshua Ncube of Zimbabwe, Kansiime Anne Entertainer, an Ugandan; Salvado, additionally from Uganda and Charles Manase of Botswana.
