Fans of Justin Bieber have communicated worries over his prosperity after he was found in an 'exasperating' video jerking and shaking while clumsily grasping a fan in the city. 

The 18-second clasp was taped in Michigan on September 8 when Bieber went to a family occasion CityFest in West Michigan.
