Again, Tanker Falls On Otedola Bridge

A fuel tanker conveying diesel on Monday fall on the Otedola Bridge, Lagos State, in transit Berger. 

The occurrence was unveiled by means of a tweet by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA). 

The tweet read: "Fallen Tanker on Otedola Bridge, crisis responders sent to the scene. Drivers are encouraged to be tolerant. 

"The Fallen Tanker is stacked with diesel, all crisis responders at the scene of the occurrence. Street cordoned off for quick recuperation. Drivers are begged ti be persistent on this one. 

"Area of Fallen Tanker is at Mobil INW Otedola on the way Berger, it is covering around 10% of the street. Crisis Responders on ground for recuperation/Traffic developing from Conoil U-turn. Two Lanes moving fine next to fallen tanker."

Traffic diversion and monitoring is being handled by our men as a result of the fallen tanker on Otedola Bridge. Motorists are adviced to divert to CMD Road and drive underneath Otedola bridge in order to connect back to the express way. #TheGoodGuyspic.twitter.com/2GQeZUvbgL
