The Minister of Water Resources Alhaji Suleiman Adamu, says President Muhammadu Buhari will pronounce a highly sensitive situation on water and sanitation November 8. 

Adamu made this known on Thursday amid the Special Town Hall Meeting of the Federal Government held at Emeritus Prof. Theophilus Ogunlesi Hall of University College Hospital (UCH) in Ibadan, the Oyo state capital. 

"I wish to educate you that without precedent for Africa, President Buhari will proclaim highly sensitive situation on water and sanitation, unequivocally on Nov. 8," Adamu said. 

Adamu deplored around a few deserted water extends over the organization under the past organizations and said that total of N3 billion would be furnished every year to states with useful water end-all strategies. 

"The current end-all strategy on water assets in the nation was relinquished and contracts were granted without response to the necessities of the nation.
