Gov. Fayemi Denies Receiving N30bn From Buhari

Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti State has rejected reports that he got N30billion from the President Muhammadu Buhari-drove government after his introduction. 

In an announcement on Tuesday by his media assistant, Yinka Oyebode, the senator depicted such reports as phony and unwarranted. 

Fayemi stated: "The reality remains that the new organization has not gotten any cash from the Federal Government or any of its offices since its introduction seven days back. 

"The consideration of Ekiti State Government has been attracted to some pernicious reports from a few quarters that the new organization has gotten N30bn from the Federal Government over the most recent multi week. 

"We will have overlooked this unmerited gossip that is being coursed, particularly in online life by some deceitful people, yet for individuals from the general population that could be misdirected all the while. 

"As a mindful government that has confidence in responsibility and straightforwardness, this legislature will dependably give adjust data to the general population on the entirety of its exchanges and won't conceal anything from the general population.
