Rotating International President Barry Rassin has deliberated President Muhammadu Buhari with the lofty Polio Champion Award. 
The Nigerian pioneer gotten this honor in acknowledgment of his extraordinary responsibility and initiative in the polio annihilation program in the most crowded nation in Africa. 
Rassin, who is on a four-day official visit to Nigeria, displayed the honor to President Buhari at State House, Abuja, on Thursday. 
The Polio Champion Award was initiated by Rotary International in 1995 to perceive and acknowledge Heads of Governments and associations that have assumed a key job in polio destruction around the globe. 
The last beneficiary of the Award was Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada. 
Expressing gratitude toward Rotary International for the respect, Buhari complimented the association for its promise to compassionate work over the globe. 
He stated: ''Rotary International is notable to my age. Your work is extremely compassionate; no measure of realism can pay you for what you have been doing and we much thanks. 
''I am satisfied with the endeavors of Rotary International, you are victors of the feeble, and I ask that God will inexhaustibly pay you for your helpful administrations. 
"I am likewise satisfied that I have a skillful Health Minister, who directs the work.''
