Court Nullifies Rivers APC Primaries, Stops INEC From Recognising Abe, Cole

The Federal High court in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, has invalidated primaries led by the two groups of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

The court additionally limited the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) from displaying Tonye Cole and Magnus Abe as hopefuls of the gathering in the 2019 decisions in the state.

While conveying the judgment in Port Harcourt on Monday, Justice James Omotosho said none of the primaries were led by the law.
