Private school bus driver rapes four-year-old girl after school hours in Osun state

A private driver with an anonymous school in Osogbo, Osun State, Oluwatomisin Oyelakin, has been summoned before an Osogbo Chief Magistrates Court for purportedly explicitly striking a minor after school hours on January fifteenth 2019.

While being charged in court yesterday, the police examiner, Sergeant Temitope Fatoba, said the blamed was a driver in the school the four-year-old injured individual visited and purportedly dedicated the demonstration after school hours.

Sergeant Fatoba expressed that on the day the episode occurred, Oyelakin dropped off alternate students in his vehicle at their different homes and he was left with the person in question. He at that point continued to have channel learning of his injured individual in a disconnected place.

The examiner said the offense negates areas 360 and 218 of the Criminal Code Cap 34 Vol. 11, Laws of Osun State, 2003.

The mother of the person in question, just distinguished as Mrs Gbadamosi, clarified in the midst of wails that after the episode, her youngster was taken to the doctor's facility where she was exposed to X-beam and sweep.
