EFCC arrests 13 suspected ‘Yahoo boys’, Toyota and Mercedes benz cars recovered from them.

The Economic and Financial Crimes, EFCC, Enugu Zonal Office, has captured 13 suspects for supposedly captivating in digital wrongdoing and web misrepresentation.

Things recuperated from them incorporate nine fascinating autos running from Toyota Avenza, Toyota Lexus, Toyota Hillux, Toyota avalon,Mercedez Benz among others. Others incorporate PCs, printers, cameras, telephones, costly beverages and other belongings.

The Zonal Head of the South East Zone of the commission, Ahmed Imam Usman, while tending to the Press on February 1, 2019 said the attack was subsequent upon the determination ofthe acting EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Magu to heighten the Commission's battle against web and digital fraudsters the nation over.

He stated:

"We have settled as a feature of doing the commission's command to stamp out web tricks, advance charge misrepresentation and other related wrongdoings and help in reconstructing the picture of the nation.

Charges have been drawn against the suspects and have been documented in court; they will before long be summoned.
