Islamic cleric arrested with human skull in Ogun State.

A 35-year-old Islamic minister distinguished as Jamiu Olasheu has been captured close by three others for being in control of a human skull.

Two of the suspects: Teslim Ayeniromo, 45, and Sunday Kolade , 35, were confronted on a cruiser, at Kofedoti zone of the state, by a group of policemen joined to Agbara division. Amid a hunt, the human skull was found in a sack one of them held, ensuing whereupon they were rushed to the Police station.

Amid cross examination by the Divisional Police Officer, CSP Adegbite Omotayo, the suspects , guaranteed that the skull was given to them by one Micheal Osanyinbi, including that they were their approach to convey it to the Islamic minister when they were caught.

Representative for the Ogun State Police Command, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, who affirmed the capture, stated, "They drove the DPO to the place of the man who gave them the skull. The man thusly, drove the police to oneself acclaimed pastor's home. The Islamic pastor has put forth confession booth expression that he really asked for the skull which Micheal Osanyinbi guaranteed to get for him at N25,000 and an extra N1,000 for the motorbike man who will convey it to him.

He expressed further that the skull is required for a yet to uncovered custom. In the interim, the Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Iliaysu, has requested the prompt exchange of the suspect to the Special Anti Robbery Squad for further examination and indictment".
