BREAKING: Tribunal Declares Ademola Adeleke Winner Of Osun Governorship Election

The Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal has announced the applicant of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ademola Adeleke, as the champ of the survey.

The Tribunal made the announcement on Friday in the wake of rejecting a fundamental complaint against the appeal of the PDP and Senator Adeleke, testing the September 2018 governorship race in the state.

The primer complaint was documented by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its competitor in the race, Governor Gboyega Oyetola, just as the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

The three litigants asserted that the appeal of the PDP and its competitor was bumbling and the court needed ward to hear it.

Conveying a decision on the primer protest, Justice Peter Oni who is an individual from the three-man Tribunal held that the request was capable.

He likewise expressed that the Tribunal has the locale to hear and decide it.

The judge held that there was merit in the intrigue recorded by the PDP and Senator Adeleke, including that the assertion and return of Governor Oyetola by INEC was invalid and void.
