Adeleke Vs Oyetola: Appeal Court Fixes Today To Deliver Judgment

The Court of Appeal, Abuja division has fixed Thursday to convey judgment on the questioned September 2018 governorship decision in Osun state.

Succinct News reports that the court, on Wednesday, issued hearing notification for the judgment and had them served on every one of the gatherings to the four pending interests identifying with the debated survey.

On April 24, a five-man board driven by Justice Jummai Sankey had heard three interests and a cross-bid documented in connection to the Osun State governorship race and saved its decisions on the intrigue.

With Justice Sankey managing, different individuals from the intrigue board which heard the four interests were Justices Abubakar Yahaya, George Mbaba, Isaiah Akeju and Bitrus Sanga.
