Civil Servant Rewarded With Car After He Returned N53m Mistakenly Paid To Him

Government employee working with the Delta State Ministry of Finance, Comrade Benson Efeotor, restored an abundance of N53 million wrongly paid him as pay, and he was compensated for his trustworthiness.

He was talented with a Brand New GAC Car Courtesy of the Delta State Government.

Friend Efeotor came back to the state government, the entirety of fifty three million, one hundred and twenty one thousand, six hundred and fifty naira wrongly paid into his Zenith Bank account as of late.

Confidant Efeotor, who serves as the Delta State Chairman of the Nigerian Civil Servants Union, talked at the 2019 May Celebration held in Asaba.

Confidant Efeotor stated, "I restored the cash since I don't have such cash in my financial balance."

He said when he saw the cash in his back record; he educated the pertinent government authorities, who gave him the proper government record to pay the cash once again into.

While taking note of that he has not been acknowledged for restoring the cash, Comrade Edeotor who is an Okpara-Inland Community in Ethiope-East Local Government Area stated, "I have fulfilled my still, small voice and I am alright with that."

He said any individual who will say he wasn't right for restoring the cash to the administration is a "cheat."

"You don't gather what does not have a place with you. I am working for my compensation. In the event that I gather the cash, that is criminal."

Responding to the improvement, the Delta State Governor, Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa said he has remunerated Comrade Benson Efeotor with a GS 3 cantina vehicle for the show of genuine precedent.

He stated, "That is the Nigerian specialist that we should perceive. Such individual will lead the Union aright.
