Court Grants Naira Marley bail of 2 million

Artiste, Naira Marley has been allowed safeguard of N2m at the Federal High Court sitting in the Ikoyi territory of Lagos State.

This comes not long after his safeguard hearing today, 30th of May 2019.

Equity Nicholas Onweibo forced on the artiste a N2 million safeguard, with two sureties in like total. The principal surety must be a government employee from the dimension of evaluation 10, while the second surety more likely than not landed property.

Preliminary has been suspended to October 22-24.

His direction, Olalekan Ojo, SAN communicated fulfillment with the decision, saying the terms are liberal.

The EFCC summoned him a week ago before Justice Nicholas Oweibo, where he argued not liable to a 11-check charge verging on digital wrongdoing.
