CRUTECH student drowns during departmental pool party

A 200 dimension Guidance and Counseling understudy of Cross River State Univeristy of Technology (CRUTECH) recognized as Ugbe Dominic has suffocated in a pool at a lodging in Calabar.

Prevalently known as Paperboi Ugbe, the youthful fellow suffocated on the eleventh of May, 2019, amid a pool party composed by his area of expertise.
