Meet ‘Uganda’s most fertile woman’ who has given birth to 42 children

Mishandled, sold into marriage at 12 years of age, and now a single parent of 42 youngsters;

This is Mariam Nabatanzi's story, the 39-year-elderly person who has drummed up a buzz online with updates on her brought forth 42 kids in only 15 pregnancy and she has been named by local people as 'Uganda's most rich lady'.

As per her she said that she has hitched at 12 years old years and bring forth her first kid at the age if 13.

She said she was sold into marriage at age of 12 and started to have youngsters at 13 years old. At the present time, that she have 38 kids , they were 42 and 4 kicked the bucket she stayed with 38 kids.

As per Doctors the said Mariam's pregnancies is because of hyper ovulation
