Osinbajo forced to speak with Abuja residents after they blocked his convoy on his way to the airport


Yemi Osinbajo's guard was today, hinder by some distressed dissenters along Umaru Musa Yar'Adua Expressway in Abuja today.

As indicated by reports, the dissidents had obstructed the escort of the Vice President, as he was making a beeline for the air terminal, when he kept running into a blockade at Goza town.

Gbagyi town occupants had accumulated on the real street associating the airplane terminal to the city. They were challenging the supposed intrusion of their territory by the military.

Osinbajo's security assistants couldn't mollify the dissenters, driving the Vice President to venture out of his vehicle.

The Vice President's Special Assistant on Media on Publicity, Laolu Akande, additionally affirmed the report in a tweet, saying, "On his way to the air terminal seconds ago, VP Osinbajo keeps running into a gathering of FCT inhabitants dissenting asserted land takeover offered by the military. "He gets down, draws in the general population, proposing to meet with their pioneers on the issue and mediate with the end goal of finding a genial arrangement."
