
Compact News revealed that the intrigue court had announced Isiaka Oyetola as the properly chosen legislative head of Osun, expelling the decision of the council which favored Adeleke.
In an announcement, Niyi Owolade, an insight to Adeleke, said the PDP applicant asked the peak court to set aside the decision of the intrigue court and maintain that of the council.
Owolade said Onyeachi Ikpeazu, a senior supporter of Nigeria (SAN), is driving 23 senior legal counselors to record four interests against "every one of the four greater part decisions of the intrigue court."
"The interests are against [the] larger part judgment for Gboyega Oyetola, All Progressives Congres, the Independent National Electoral Commission and the striking out of the cross interests of Senator Adeleke," the legal advisor said.
