A 39-year-old trivial broker, Moji Aderibigbe, showed up in a Yaba Chief judges' Court in Lagos on Friday after she was blamed for stripping bare and pouring pee on the congregation special stepped area.
Aderibigbe, who dwells in Pedro Area of Lagos has been accused of affront to a religion and sloppy direct. The Police examiner, Sgt. Modupe Olaluwoye, told the court that the litigant submitted the offense at 8 p.m. on May 13, at No. 49, Onabola St., Ladi-lak region of Bariga, Lagos.
Olaluwoye told the court that Mr Francis Osibowale, the minister of the Firebrand Power Ministry, got the litigant's 15-year-old child vandalizing church property.
"My Lord, when Aderibigbe was informed that the minister had taken her child to the station, she removed her garments inside the congregation building
The offense, she stated, negated the arrangements of segments 124 and 168 (an) of the Criminal Laws of Lagos State, 2011.
Aderibigbe argued not liable to the charges read to her. The Chief Magistrate, Mrs Oluwatoyin Oghere, conceded the respondent to safeguard in the aggregate of N50,000 with two sureties in like total.
The case has been suspended until May 22 for notice.
