40-year-old man remanded in prison for allegedly defiling tenant’s 2-year-old daughter in Delta


40-year-old Emeka Okwuosa has been remanded in jail for purportedly polluting a 2-year-old young lady.

As indicated by the court papers recorded under the watchful eye of the Magistrate Court in Nsukwa, Delta state, Emeka on May 31st supposedly had waterway learning of the minor after her dad had gone out.

He was charged under the watchful eye of the Magistrate court yesterday June nineteenth. The court requested that he be remanded in the Federal Prison Ogwashi Uku pending counsel from Directorate of open arraignment (DPP).


Lobbyist, Harrison Emefiena Gwamnishu, who shared the story on the web, said the unfortunate casualty's dad, Mr Johnson from Akwa Ibom state, lived in the compound possessed by Emeka. He had gotten down to business on the day the wrongdoing was submitted, leaving the young lady with his multi year old Nephew.

Emeka purportedly sent the Nephew on an errand, making the open door for him to assault the minor. The multi year old kid was first captured and tormented by the police before examinations later demonstrated that Emeka polluted the minor.

Emefiena sorted out a challenge in the state after the police supposedly approached Mr Johnson for N10, 000 preceding they could do encourage Emeka's capture.
