A Judge of the Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja, Valentine Ashi, is dead, Concise News reports.

The judge was said to have kicked the bucket at a medical clinic in Abuja on Thursday. He purportedly endured a liver infirmity.

As indicated by a court official, the judge's family educated the court about his demise on Friday.

Called to bar in 1987, Ashi served a speaker at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja grounds, in 2001 until he was selected a judge in FCT on July 15, 2010.
