19-year-old finds himself in Ibadan after answering an unknown call in Lagos

A Lagos-based man, Mathew Isichei Chukwuebuka, has described how he bafflingly wound up in Ibadan, Oyo State, in the wake of noting a telephone call from a dad and child abduct posse.

"On July 4 at about 12:16p.m., agents of the State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) followed up an appeal alluded to the Command by the Force Headquarters Abuja to Ibadan, Oyo State.

"The agents followed up on solid insight with the help of Technical Intelligence Unit (TIU) and captured two suspects at Ibadan to be specific; Thoa Akorede and Muhibudeen Akorede.

"The person in question, one Mathew Isichei Chukwuebuka; 19, was safeguarded. The unfortunate casualty has been in their care for a time of nine days without nourishment.
