Abuja Internet fraudsters bag jail sentences

Four web fraudsters charged before Justice Muawiyah Baba Idris of Federal Capital Territory, (FCT) High Court, Nyanya, Abuja, have all sacked correctional facility sentences.

While Tosan Ogbe, Onajite Tosan Ejivwo, Abdulmumin Saidu were summoned on one check charge verging on fake incitement, Karo Ijire confronted a three-tally charge, verging on fake actuation, duping and pantomime.

Ogbe, Ejivwo and Saidu were condemned to jail dependent on the request understanding their attorneys had with the EFCC, subsequent to confessing to the one check charge.

Ijire then again, additionally confessed to the three count charge as a detriment to him. The arraignment driven by J. Saidu and Maryam Ahmed Aminu educated the court regarding a request deal understanding among them, and asked the court to convict the respondent as per it.
