FG Sacks 2,500 N-Power Beneficiaries, Gives Reasons

More than 2,500 recipients of N-Power, a part of the National Social Investment Program (NSIP), have been sacked by the government, Concise News reports.

The Communications Manager of NSIP, Justice Bibiye, said the recipients were expelled following reports that some of them had not gone to their separate spots of essential task (PPA) in quite a while.

He asked both the media and people in general to report instances of non-appearance, including that exacting measures would guarantee "less instances of unfortunate behavior" don't bargain the achievement of the whole program.
