Wasiu Orilonise, a 37-year-old security gatekeeper admitted to assaulting his 15-year-old girl in the wake of being summoned under the watchful eye of Oyo State Magistrates' Court sitting in Ibadan.
The suspect summoned on one tally of having unlawful fornication with of his little girl, asked for the court for pardoning as he professed to have submitted the said offense since he needed to test the virginity of his little girl to secure her.
The watchman told the Chief Magistrate, Mr Taiwo Olaniran that he lost his significant other couple of years prior when asked what pushed him into assaulting his very own organic little girl. As per him, he has been dealing with the person in question and her kin from that point forward, yet chose to know whether she has lost her virginity at some point in December 2018 at their home in Omo town, Agbofieti, Ibadan. After finding that she was as yet a virgin, he began engaging in sexual relations with her normally before she would leave for school and around evening time.
The case was deferred till July 30, 2019, as Orilonise whose supplication was not taken by the court was remanded in Agodi Prison, pending legitimate counsel from the Director of Public Prosecutions.
