Why Police Re-arrested American Singer R Kelly

New York police criminologists have captured American artist Robert Sylvester, otherwise called R Kelly, over tyke erotic entertainment and government sex dealing charges.

As indicated by law authorization, the vocalist was captured by the criminologists from the division of Homeland security in Chicago on Thursday.

Affirming the capture in an announcement (by means of New York Times), the representative for the US Attorney's Office of the Northern District of Illinois, Joseph D. Fitzpatrick said 52-year-old R kelly was captured on a 13-tally arraignment.

Fitzpatrick stated: 'The prosecution incorporates charges of tyke erotic entertainment, allure of a minor, and obstacle of equity.'
