2020 UTME: JAMB to only register candidates with NIN

Starting with 2020 UTME, Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has said just competitors with NIN will have the option to enroll for the assessment.

Support reported that it will never again enlist applicants who don't have the National Identity Number (NIN) for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), starting with the 2020 assessment.

This was declared through a progression of tweets on its checked Twitter handle @JAMBHQ on Thursday·

"All competitors wishing to take the 2020 UTME must have the National Identification Number (NIN).

"Imminent competitors are encouraged to visit the closest @nimc_ng office for their catching. The Board would ONLY enroll applicants with NIN," it expressed in the tweet.

"If it's not too much trouble be educated that the Board dislikes any type of budgetary dealings among competitors and staff. All installments on JAMB administrations are made legitimately to the Board's TSA.

"Accordingly, up-and-comers associated with any money related exchange with a staff of the Board ought to advise the Board quickly and furthermore give any helpful data about such staff for fundamental activity."
