The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Court 12 sitting at Bwari rejected the case recorded by Busola Dakolo and excused Fatoyinbo.
This came after Fatoyinbo documented an Objection and a sworn statement at the Court repeating that Busola's announcements were bogus and prepared to humiliate, embarrass and criticize Fatoyinbo.
