Solomon Opaalade, minister of a Cherubim and Seraphim Church situated at Baruwa Estate, Osogbo, Osun State, was on Thursday imprisoned for taking a goat and turkeys and undermining the proprietor with charms.
The priest, who was summoned on five tallies verging on taking, was condemned to year and a half in prison for three of the counts favored as a detriment to him.
The arraignment group drove by Adekunle Adeniyi from the state Ministry of Justice, told the court that Opaalade took nine turkeys and a goat having a place with one Oluwasegun Hammeed.
The investigator called five observers and introduced two turkeys and charms recouped from Opaalade just as an announcement composed by the litigant.
Officer Adijat Oloyade, in her judgment, saw the respondent as liable of three of the five checks and in this manner condemned him to year and a half's detainment on every one of them or an alternative of paying N10,000 fine for every one of the tallies.
