Russian President, Vladimir Putin acknowledged the acquiescence of his head administrator on Wednesday in the wake of proposing sacred changes that would enable him to stay in power inconclusively.

The Kremlin reported later Wednesday that Tax Service boss Mikhail Mishustin has been named as Russia's new head administrator. The 53-year-old Mishustin has worked in the administration since 1998. Mishustin has a stayed under the radar while filling in as the leader of the Federal Tax Service since 2010.
