Comrades , as we pray and observe safety ethics as proscribed by medical experts and the government , the plight of indigent Nigerians consequent upon the stay - at - home order has continued to generate reactions of divergent proportions either negatively or otherwise.
Standing out at this critical moment is the intervention of the peoples' governor, Governor Dapo Abiodun for including the polytechnics community as part of beneficiaries of COVID 19 relief packages distributed in Ogun State.
While commending His Excellency for that gesture , efforts of the SA Students to the Governor of Ogun State comrade Azeez Adeyemi is appreciated. Hence , his endeavours to ensure that the students are not left out .
This is a clarion call to other governors who are yet to response to the prevailing hardship of Nigerian students across the nation. Emulating that humane gesture is a proof of a masses oriented policies and philanthropical tendency. People are hungry !
May I use this medium to applaud the entire polytechnics students for complying with safety protocols and reaffirmed our commitment to a responsible representation.
