Tottenham close in on Wolves Defender

Tottenham are settling in on a negotiation for Wolves right-back Matt Doherty, The Independent reports.

Wolves are requesting around £20m for the 28-year-old Republic of Ireland protector yet Spurs need to cut that expense down.

Tottenham are planning to arrange a littler beginning expense with various additional items taking the arrangement up to £20m.

Prods hope to make Doherty their third summer expansion with Pierre-Emile Højbjerg and Joe Hart effectively through the entryway.

Matthew James Doherty is an Irish expert footballer who plays as a privilege back for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur and the Republic of Ireland public group. Doherty was marked by Wolves in 2010, who played his Irish club Bohemians during pre-season.
