Suarez excited after Messi slammed his Barcelona exit to rivals

Supported by hotshot companion, the Uruguayan striker was content with the heritage he left at Camp Nou. 

Luis Suarez said he was pleased subsequent to being shielded by Lionel Messi following his move from Barcelona to their La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid. 

Suarez, 33, joined Atletico in a €6 million move this week after six prize loaded seasons at Camp Nou.

Previous Uruguay global Sebastian Abreu expects Suarez to flourish at Wanda Metropolitano under the direction of an individual blazing South American, Argentine mentor Simeone, and accepts he has discovered another ideal fit following six important years in Catalunya. 

"I was glad to find out about Suarez's move in light of the fact that [now] Luis can have clear destinations," Abreu told Radio MARCA. "He's bidding farewell to something as astounding and energizing as his spell at Barcelona.
