EFCC arraigns three internet Fraudsters in Ibadan



The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC,(Ibadan Zonal Office) yesterday, charged Bamidele Adegboyega (a.k.a Romona Clifford); Paul Damilola Olowoparija (a.k.a Kathleen Sandra Samuel and Olaleye Israel (a.k.a Sandra Samuel Precious).

They were charged before Hon. Equity P. I. Ajoko of the Federal High Court of Oyo State, sitting in Ibadan on discrete charges verging on acquiring cash by falsification, ownership of deceitful reports, sending of obscene and revolting pictures and tax evasion.

An announcement from the counter join organization says the litigants took their supplications independently. Bamidele argued not liable to a three-tally charge, favored against him. So also, Paul and Olaleye argued not liable to a four-check charge, and seven-tally charge, leveled against them individually.

Indicting counsel, Mabas Mabur connected for a preliminary date and for the remand of the respondents in jail authority.

In his professions, Justice Ajoko dismissed the instance of first respondent to March 11, 2019 for becoming aware of safeguard application and April 5, 2019 for preliminary. In a similar vein, he suspended the instance of the second respondent to March 13, 2019 for the becoming aware of the safeguard application and April 3, 2019 for preliminary.

The instance of the third respondent was deferred to March 15, 2019 for safeguard application and preliminary.

The judge additionally requested the three litigants to be remanded in the Oyo State Prison, Agodi pending the becoming aware of their safeguard applications
